Ingredients1 pound - large (26 to 30 count) shrimp, peeled and deveined1/2 cup - ranch dressing 1/4 cup - whole-grain Dijon mustard Instructions1. In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup water to a boil over high heat. Season to taste with salt and pepper and add the shrimp. Stir until all of the shrimp have been exposed to the water. Cover and remove from the heat. Set aside for 1 minute.2. Meanwhile, in a serving bowl, mix the ranch dressing with the mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper. 3. Drain the shrimp well and mix with the sauce while they are still hot. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Toss once or twice while they are marinating, if you have the time. Number of Servings4TipsIf serving the shrimp as a pickup, remove them from their marinade and serve on toothpicks. For a sit-down appetizer, arrange them on a plate and nap with the sauce. | ||
