Ingredients6 - ripe fresh figs3 - paper-thin slices of imported prosciutto (prosciutto di Parma) 12 - small mint sprigs Instructions1. Cut the tip off the stem of each fig. Cut each fig in half lengthwise. Cut each slice of prosciutto lengthwise into 4 strips.2.
