Instructions

1. The bright, shiny skins of bell peppers are ideal for making decorative shapes, and add instant color to many dishes. To prepare peppers, wipe and then cut off a fairly thick slice at stalk end. 2. Remove white pith and seeds with a knife. Now the pepper can be sliced either across, or lengthwise, and cut into desired shapes.
